Ranbir Kapoor has been shooting extensively for Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet opposite Anushka Sharma. Apparently, Ranbir's look in the movie has been kept under wraps. However, Mumbai Mirror managed to get a peek into this little secret of the BV team.
Ranbir, who is playing Johnny Balraj, a street fighter in the film, was spotted during a shoot, in a vest and a tie. Apparently, the Kapoor lad had to beef up to fit into this part. What more, Ranbir's cook and trainer had also accompanied him to his Sri Lanka schedule, to keep him in check.
Anushka Sharma and Raveena Tandon play jazz singers in the movie. Filmmaker Karan Johar will play the primary antagonist in this film which involves jazz clubs, a passionate love story, and how the city of Mumbai became a metropolis against the backdrop of love, greed, violence.
This gets more exciting by the day, doesn't it?
